The concept NoNoNo embodies the idiosyncrasy of a restaurant in which NO purchases are made through intermediaries (but rather bought directly from the producer), NO frying takes place, NO frozen products are purchased (frozen dishes are elaborated by the restaurant), NO microwaves are used, NO stocks are kept… In short, NOT many techniques or products from conventional cooking are used. In exchange, NoNoNo offers various ‘yeses’. YES to knowing the origin of their products, YES to vegetarians, YES to celiac clients, YES to cooking vegetables grown on our own land, YES to responsible consumption, YES to quality cuisine.
